William Bradley Pitt – an actor, producer, philanthropist, and all-round Hollywood icon – is the undisputed king of silver screen stardom. Since his breakout role in 1991's Thelma & Louise, Pitt has gone on to captivate audiences worldwide with his unforgettable performances in films such as Seven, 12 Monkeys, Fight Club, Troy, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Moneyball, World War Z, and 2019's Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, for which he won a second Golden Globe Award and an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor. But it's not just on-screen that Pitt has made a name for himself. As the founder and CEO of Plan B Entertainment, Pitt has also produced acclaimed films such as The Departed, 12 Years a Slave, The Tree of Life, Moneyball, and The Big Short, four of which were nominated for Best Picture. He's also the second actor to have won Academy Awards for both Best Supporting Actor and Best Picture – a feat that only adds to his already impressive list of accolades, which includes an Academy Award, a British Academy Film Award, and two Golden Globe Awards. And if all that wasn't enough, Pitt is also an avid philanthropist, having made sizable donations to various charitable organizations throughout the years. Not to mention, he's also quite the jokester. When asked about his acting success, Pitt quipped, "I'm just lucky I guess – all my hard work is paying off, although I'm not sure what I did to deserve it!"
