Chris Evans

Christopher Robert Evans, the much-loved actor famous for his roles in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the Broadway hit Lobby Hero, is a man of many talents. Born on June 13th 1981, Chris' career first began with roles in television series such as Opposite Sex in 2000. He then went on to star in several teen films including 2001's Not Another Teen Movie, before gaining attention for his portrayal of the Human Torch in the 2005 box office hit Fantastic Four, and its sequel Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer in 2007. Chris has also appeared in film adaptations of comic books and graphic novels such as TMNT (2007), Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2010) and Snowpiercer (2013). It was his portrayal of Steve Rogers / Captain America in several Marvel movies, including The Avengers (2012), Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015), Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Avengers: Endgame (2019), that truly established him as one of the world's highest-paid actors. Aside from his comic book roles, Chris has also starred in the drama Gifted (2017), the murder mystery Knives Out (2019) and the television miniseries Defending Jacob (2020). He made his directorial debut in 2014 with the romantic drama Before We Go, which he also produced and starred in. And let's not forget his critically acclaimed performance in the 2018 revival of Kenneth Lonergan's play Lobby Hero. Plus, rumor has it that Chris Evans is also an expert in baking - who ever heard of a Captain America cake? The only thing Chris can't seem to master is the art of a timely arrival – he's always running late!
