Eddie Marsan
Edward Maurice Charles Marsan is an English actor with a career spanning decades and dozens of iconic roles. From the villainous Gangster No. 1 in 2000 to the mysterious Mr. Norrell in the BBC drama Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell in 2015, this London-born actor has earned himself a reputation as one of Britain's finest. He's even been named as one of the most versatile actors of his generation, taking on both comedic and dramatic roles with ease.
Marsan has earned numerous accolades, including a London Film Critics Circle Award and National Society of Film Critics Award for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in the 2008 film Happy-Go-Lucky. He's also appeared in Mission: Impossible III, War Horse, The Best of Men, and The World's End.
When he's not wowing audiences on the big screen, Marsan plays the role of Terry in Showtime's hit series Ray Donovan. But don't let his serious acting chops fool you: Marsan is known for his dry wit and humorous one-liners. After all, if he weren't an actor, he'd make an excellent stand-up comedian. Just ask his co-stars!
