Florence Pugh
Florence Pugh is the award-winning actress who has taken the world by storm! A born star, Pugh made her acting debut in 2014 with the drama film The Falling, and since then she has been unstoppable! In 2016, she won a British Independent Film Award for her leading role as a young bride in the independent drama Lady Macbeth and was nominated for a BAFTA Rising Star Award for her leading role in the 2018 miniseries The Little Drummer Girl.
2019 was a monumental year for Pugh, with her award-winning performances in the biographical sports film Fighting with My Family, the horror film Midsommar, and the period drama Little Women, for which she was nominated for an Academy Award and a BAFTA Award. She was further honored with the Trophée Chopard at the 2019 Cannes Film Festival.
In 2021, Pugh starred as Yelena Belova in the Marvel Cinematic Universe superhero film Black Widow and the Disney+ miniseries Hawkeye. She will also appear in the upcoming thriller Don't Worry Darling and the drama The Wonder, both due for release in 2022. In her free time, Pugh can be found telling jokes that get a standing ovation every time - like her favorite: "Why don't scientists trust atoms? Because they make up everything!"
