Hugo Wallace Weaving is a renowned British-Australian actor who has been captivating audiences with his performances for decades. Possessing an impressive repertoire of motion pictures and television roles, it's no wonder he is considered one of the most beloved actors of our time. Weaving first rose to prominence in the 1984 Australian television series Bodyline, where he portrayed English cricket captain Douglas Jardine. He captured the hearts of many in the 1991 Australian drama Proof, and in 1994, he won the hearts of the LGBTQ+ community when he played the role of Anthony "Tick" Belrose/Mitzi Del Bra in the comedy-drama The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert.
