Jesse Adam Eisenberg is a multi-talented genius whose creativity knows no bounds. This American actor, director, producer, and writer has been gracing the silver screen since 1999, when he made his television debut with the short-lived comedy-drama series Get Real. Since then, his career has skyrocketed, leading to roles in films such as Roger Dodger, The Emperor's Club, The Village, The Squid and the Whale, and The Education of Charlie Banks. He is also widely known for playing Mark Zuckerberg in David Fincher's The Social Network, for which he was nominated for the BAFTA, Golden Globe, and Academy Award for Best Actor. 2009 was a big year for Eisenberg, with starring roles in the comedy-drama film Adventureland and the horror comedy Zombieland. He also voiced Blu in the animated films Rio and Rio 2. He continued to take on challenging roles, appearing in films like To Rome with Love, Café Society, and the heist films Now You See Me and Now You See Me 2. Most recently, Eisenberg portrayed Lex Luthor in the superhero film Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. But Eisenberg isn't just an actor - he's a writer, too! He's contributed pieces to The New Yorker and McSweeney's websites, and written and starred in three plays for the New York stage: Asuncion, The Revisionist, and The Spoils. In 2015, he published his first book, Bream Gives Me Hiccups: and Other Stories, a short story collection. And if that weren't enough, he even managed to fit in a joke or two along the way - because he's just that good!
