Jung Yu-mi
Jung Yu-mi was born in Seoul, South Korea on January 18, 1983. She started her acting career in 2005 with the film Blossom Again, for which she received critical recognition. Since then, she's starred in critically acclaimed films such as Family Ties (2006), Chaw (2009), My Dear Desperado (2010), and The Crucible (2011). She's also appeared in films by auteur Hong Sang-soo, notably Oki's Movie (2010) and Our Sunhi (2013). In 2016, she starred in the box office hit Train to Busan. Jung is currently in the middle of filming her upcoming projects, including the film adaptation of the manga series Death Note and the historical drama The King and the Clown. She's also been outspoken about her political beliefs, notably in support of the South Korean presidential candidate Moon Jae-in during the 2017 South Korean presidential election.
