Keke Palmer
Lauren Keyana "Keke" Palmer is an award-winning, multi-faceted dynamo who has made a name for herself as a singer, dancer, actress, talk show host, and all-around entertainer. Born on August 26, 1993, the Chicago native has been gracing the entertainment industry with her talent since 2004 when she made her debut in Barbershop 2: Back in Business, followed by the television film The Wool Cap. She truly broke out with her role in the 2006 drama film Akeelah and the Bee.
Keke pursued her singing career in 2007 with the release of her debut album So Uncool, and followed up with roles in Madea's Family Reunion, Jump In!, The Longshots, and Shrink. Her diverse roles on Nickelodeon, such as True Jackson, VP, Winx Club, and Rags, have gained her recognition among young audiences. She also starred in the VH1 biographical film CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story and the thriller film Animal. She later appeared in the comedy horror series Scream Queens, the drama series Berlin Station, the slasher series Scream, and the crime drama film Hustlers. Her biggest career accomplishment to date is her Primetime Emmy Award for her roles in the Facebook Watch series Turnt Up with the Taylors.
Keke is also an accomplished musician, having released three extended plays: Lauren (2016), Virgo Tendencies, Pt. 1 (2019) and Virgo Tendencies, Pt. 2 (2020). And if that weren't enough, she's also a talk show host! Keke hosted the talk show Just Keke, and co-hosted the talk show Strahan, Sara and Keke, which earned her a Daytime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Entertainment Talk Show Host. Talk about a triple threat!
Keke Palmer is truly a force to be reckoned with - maybe you could say she's the queen of Hollywood! (And if she wasn't already, she'd likely make a great queen in a Disney movie - wink, wink).
