Matt Smith

Matt Smith is an English actor who has starred in a number of high-profile television and film roles. He is best known for playing the eleventh incarnation of the Doctor in the BBC series Doctor Who (2010-2013), as well as the Prince Philip role in the Netflix series The Crown (2016-2017). Smith has also starred in Womb (2010), Terminator Genisys (2015), and Morbius (2022), among other roles. Smith's television roles include Jim Taylor in the BBC adaptations of Philip Pullman's The Ruby in the Smoke and The Shadow in the North, as well as Danny in the 2007 BBC series Party Animals. Smith has also starred in the stage adaptations of Swimming with Sharks with Christian Slater and That Face. Smith is currently starring in the BBC series The Good Place.
