Tony Curtis

Tony Curtis was born on June 3, 1925 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was the son of immigrants, and started working at a young age to help support his family. Curtis started his career in the early 1950s, and quickly became one of Hollywood's most popular actors. He was often cast in roles that showcased his dramatic and comedic skills, and was nominated for two Academy Awards. He passed away on September 29, 2010 at the age of 89.
